My approach
I use a wide variety of theoretical approaches, techniques and activities depending on the needs of the client. I look at myself as a guide that comes along your side to help identify things along your path. By bringing greater clarity to your surroundings, you will be able to respond and react to your surroundings in a more productive and meaningful manner. We will explore the events of your past that have impacted your life, but we will focus on the here-and-now and begin taking proactive steps into the future.
